About Son-D-Lyte

Born in 1984 in Germany, Son-D-Lyte was raised as a son of 2 musicians. In his early years he already got in touch with the music business. When he reached the age of 13 he already started to produce his own Songs in his father’s studio.

His first success came when he turned 15. Competing in a German wide School competition, Son-D-Lyte’s Group “Souldierz” won the competition, against 3000 other German School Bands.

After 2 years of practicing, he finally became a call of the management of Lutricia Mc Neal (Aint that just the way). Son-D-Lyte was chosen to perform with Lutricia at the Music Dome in front of 12.000 people. That was the point where everything started to grow fast. In the next years he got to perform with artists as “juanes”, Ace of Base, Lucy Silvas, Busta Rhymes, Beyonce, Rihanna etc. In the 2007 he started to focus on his producing career, working with Artists like Dru Hill, Horace Brown, TQ, G-Unit…

Slowly but surely he made his name bigger and bigger in the black scene. After 6 Hit Productions he recorded the song “No time” with US Star Francisco. The song became a huge club hit in germany and Austria. Reaching no.20 on the german mtv charts without being officially released. 2009 he recorded his new album “The good bad boy” which will be released.

In 2010 featuring the “Hit single” In love with a dj (feat. Jay-J, Truth Hurts, Hot Rod of the G-Unit).
